Whether you choose a view of the falls or opt for a garden view, we can promise that you’ll enjoy an incredible sleep as you drift off to the soothing sound of the waterfalls. Indeed the only thing guaranteed to tempt you from your boudoir will be our delicious full Scottish breakfast.

Garden View Rooms are our double bedrooms which come with en-suite facilities and overlook the sprawling gardens and stables.

Falls View Rooms are our sumptuous double bedrooms which come with en-suite facilities and overlook the fabulous falls of Dochart.

Family Rooms can accommodate two adults and two children and come with en-suite facilities. One has a double bed with bunk beds, and another has two single beds and a set of bunk beds.

Our rooms do not come with TV’s, however guests are welcome to browse and borrow from our extensive library.
